At Siltree, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not delighted with your silver jewelry, our easy exchange process via our website ensures a hassle-free experience.
Replacement & Exchange
Customers can replacement & exchange their order within 15 days after delivery. Only unused and undamaged products, with all labels and tags intact and in original packaging, are eligible for replacement & exchange. Only Earrings we can't exchange for hygienic purpose. If you purchased a Siltree product from anywhere other than our website (https://siltree.co/), the replacement & exchange policy of that source will apply.
Missing Items in Return Orders
If there are missing items in replacement & exchange orders, where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup doesn't include all items, the company reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund. This includes promotional products, such as free gifts.
Empty Package or Missing Product
If you receive an empty parcel or discover a missing product, reach out to our customer support within 48 hours. For processing, we may request a 360-degree unpacking video to ensure swift resolution. Insufficient evidence or signs of tampering may affect claim approval.
Take a Video While Unboxing for Claiming
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to take a video while unboxing to document the condition of the package and its contents. This will help in claiming any damages or discrepancies. Please ensure the seal is clearly visible during the unboxing process.
Replacement & Exchange Process
You can initiate a replacement & exchange request through our website or app, or contact our Customer Support team for assistance. Once your return request is booked, ensure you are available for the reverse pick-up and respond to calls from our delivery partner. If you are unavailable or unable to answer the calls, the delivery partner may cancel the reverse pick-up at their discretion. In such cases, the return process must be re-initiated, which may extend the overall timeline. Returns and exchanges are not applicable for international orders, discounted products, or products purchased using discount coupons.
The replacement will be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.

If the product is replacement & exchange by the customer, the shipping cost will be charged on customer side.
